Journalling : starting the Ceremony with a guided Writing session to Identify exactly what you wish to Integrate and Embody

movement: Shifting your energy through movement Practices from SOMA breath.

breathing: The breath and movement journey will combine breathing, music, embodied movement and authentic expression to ground in your year and bring clarity to your new cycle.

Integration: harvesting your inner wisdom into Tangible next steps for you to embody in the new year.

Some questions and answers

What if I've never done Breathwork before

That is fine, this is a beginner friendly event as we will go over all the basics to ensure and safe experience.

What do I need to bring?

You should wear comfortable clothes to move around in, bring a journal and pen along with some water.

How long will the breathwork session last

The breathing part will last 45 mins and the entire event will last 2 hours.

Will it be a deep breathing journey?

We will use nasal breathing along with musical guidance so this is not a breathwork release experience.

Can I still join with health issues?

Share the details of any health issues on the sign up form and we will share more information with you.
